You cannot return any product purchased from the dealer or branch via dolcevita.com.tr. You must contact the place where you purchased the product and submit your return requests.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- In accordance with the relevant legal regulations, you can return or exchange your products within 14 days after receiving them without giving any reason. However, we would like you to know that dolcevita.com.tr keeps customer satisfaction at the highest level. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made, cut-to-measure carpets.
- For purchases made from https://dolcevita.com.tr, you can only submit your return and exchange requests via https://dolcevita.com.tr . DOLCE VITA STORES AND DEALERS cannot request returns or exchanges for these products. Similarly, your return and exchange requests for purchases made from the Dolce Vita Store are managed by the stores. All conditions stated on this page are valid for purchases made via https://www.dolcevita.com.tr.
- The purchased product must be unused, undamaged, if the product is packaged, the package must be undamaged, and if it is a product with accessories, it must be returned and resellable without any missing accessories.
- While the product you are returning is being shipped to us, it is mandatory that the invoice issued in your name be sent to us together with the product. The product for which the invoice has not been sent cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The product return process will be initiated within the conditions stated above, and after it reaches us, the compliance of the return with the conditions will be checked. For returns deemed appropriate after the check, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, adhering to the form of payment made. For payments made by credit card, the product price will be reflected in your account within 1-10 days, depending on your bank.

If you send all your returns and exchanges with our contracted cargo company ( Yurtiçi Cargo ), you can send the shipping costs to the BUYER. You cannot benefit from this advantage if you ship with other cargo companies.

CONSUMER cannot use his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the CONSUMER's wishes or personal needs.
- There are no refunds for personalized cut carpet orders unless there is an error caused by the seller.
